These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of StoreSaathi's website, application, trial, paid plans, support, and related services. By using StoreSaathi or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Service Delivery Policy.

1. StoreSaathi service

StoreSaathi provides digital store-management tools which may include billing, inventory, khata/udhaar, customer management, supplier/purchase records, worker and salary management, expenses, barcode tools, reports, printing/sharing, backup, restore, and related functions. Features may vary by version, platform, release, or configuration.

2. 7-day free trial

Eligible customers may use StoreSaathi through a 7-day free trial (7-Day Full-Feature Trial) with the full main feature set available in the applicable product/version. The trial lets you evaluate StoreSaathi before purchasing.

3. Plans and pricing

StoreSaathi may offer monthly, yearly, lifetime, multi-shop, promotional, or other plans. The website may show standard public pricing (currently PKR 500 monthly, PKR 4000 yearly, limited lifetime PKR 10000 one-time until 30 September). Special prices may be offered through direct contact, WhatsApp, campaigns, or promotions. The final price payable must be confirmed before payment. A promotional price does not entitle every purchase to that price.

4. Payments

Review the plan, amount, and payment information before completing a transaction. All payments are currently handled manually by contacting the admin (for example over WhatsApp) — there is no automatic recurring billing and no automatic charging. Payments may also be handled by third-party payment providers and can be subject to the provider's terms, processing rules, security checks, and settlement procedures.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the current StoreSaathi Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before paying.

6. Digital service delivery

StoreSaathi is primarily a digital software/service product. Delivery and activation are governed by the Service Delivery Policy.

7. User responsibilities

You are responsible for: entering accurate information; using StoreSaathi lawfully; protecting device and account credentials; maintaining reasonable backup practices; checking products, prices, stock, khata, payments, sales, expenses, and reports for accuracy; and contacting StoreSaathi when assistance is required.

8. Private business information

StoreSaathi does not routinely inspect private shop records. If you request support requiring access to account or backup information, authorized personnel may access reasonably necessary information after you give consent for that purpose. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and technical limitations

StoreSaathi aims for reliable software, but no application, device, network, backup system, or online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. Some core functions may operate offline, while backup, restore, synchronization, activation, or support may require internet.

10. Data accuracy and backups

You remain responsible for checking information you enter. Keep appropriate backups of important business information. StoreSaathi should not be treated as your only safeguard against device failure, accidental deletion, user error, or external problems.

11. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through official support channels. StoreSaathi may verify ownership before processing to prevent unauthorized or accidental deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details.

12. Acceptable use

You must not: violate applicable law; intentionally damage, disrupt, attack, or abuse StoreSaathi systems; attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts; distribute malicious software; or intentionally misuse the service to harm others.

13. Changes to StoreSaathi

StoreSaathi may release updates, fixes, improvements, or changes to the website, app, features, pricing, or policies. Material changes affecting a paid customer's rights or service will be communicated appropriately.

14. Promotional pricing

Promotional or direct-contact pricing may differ from the standard public website price. Your exact plan and payable amount will be communicated before payment. A promotional invoice or payment link will clearly identify the purchased plan or offer.
