Running the sitting
- Same date monthly — first Monday or month-end, never 'when free'.
- Numbers printed or open before discussion starts.
- Three decisions maximum — review that decides everything decides nothing.
- Each decision gets an owner and a date.
- Last month's decisions get a verdict first: done, dropped, or carried.
Review into strategy
Quarterly, stack three reviews for season planning; yearly, stack twelve for expansion thinking. Pair with weekly pulse checks (performance guide) so months never surprise.
